CF Commercial acted on behalf of Peabody in marketing the ground floor commercial space at 34 & 38 Dalston Lane premises by way of a new lease.

Subsequently, a new 5 year lease was agreed to Inspire! at a rental of £104,473 p.a.x.

Inspire! is an Education Business Partnership working in Hackney, Camden and Islington.  Their aim is raise achievements and aspiration of young people, helping them to increase their ability for a positive career life.  This will be a great addition to the Borough of Hackney, which is seeing a considerable amount of investment in the area.
