CF Commercial acted on behalf of Resolution Property in the disposal of their premises at 15 Bonhill Street to Dolcezza, by way of a new 12 Year Lease at an initial rent of £20,000 p.a.x.

Dolcezza opened their first premises in July earlier this year near Stockwell Tube station, on Clapham Road.  They serve hand-made cakes, pastries, tarts and chocolates alongside Italian coffee.  Dolcezza has been a great success since opening and will be an excellent addition to Shoreditch’s Tech City.
